If you need to keep track of tasks assigned to project team members, you can have Pleexy take Asana tasks assigned to anyone. Pleexy can even ignore Asana tasks that you consider out-of-date.
Destination settings define how Pleexy creates tasks in your Microsoft To Do. You can create all tasks in one project, or you can use an individual project for each Asana project – you decide which option works best for you!
Pleexy also allows you to control what happens when you change, complete, or delete tasks in either Asana or Microsoft To Do – both sides of the integration! You also have choices for how a task will be automatically completed in Asana when the task is completed in Microsoft To Do.
